Jiaxing residents' disposable income up 4.3% in 2022
The per capita disposable income of residents in Jiaxing, East China's Zhejiang province, stood at 62,626 yuan ($9,230) in 2022, up 4.3 percent year-on-year.
The per capita disposable income of urban residents in the city was 72,096 yuan, a year-on-year uptick of 3.2 percent, while that of rural residents was 46,276 yuan, an increase of 6.1 percent year-on-year.
In 2022, the per capita disposable income of all residents in Zhejiang was 60,302 yuan, an increase of 2,761 yuan over the previous year, up 4.8 percent.
The per capita disposable income of all residents in Zhejiang in the past year was 23,419 yuan higher than the national average level, ranking third among the 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities of China, after Shanghai and Beijing.
The per capita disposable income of urban residents in the province totaled 71,268 yuan, an increase of 2,781 yuan over the previous year, up 4.1 percent, while that of rural residents amounted to 37,565 yuan, 2,781 yuan more than over the previous year, a year-on-year growth of 6.6 percent.
