Jiaxing enterprise lists on Beijing Stock Exchange

Zhejiang Ainengju Photovoltaic Technology Co Ltd from Jiaxing, East China's Zhejiang province, was listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange on Feb 28.
A total of 20 million shares were issued, priced at 5.98 yuan ($0.86) per share. About 120 million yuan was raised for the 50-milliwatt rooftop photovoltaic power generation construction project.
Located in Haiyan county, Ainengju is a clean energy service provider that focuses on the investment, operation and development of distributed photovoltaic power stations, as well as the research, development, production and sale of silicon solar cells.
The listing on the Beijing Stock Exchange helps companies achieve innovative development with the help of the capital market and helps promote the sustainable and healthy development of the city's photovoltaic industry, said a person in charge of the Jiaxing municipal finance office.
In 2022, the output value of the city's photovoltaic industry totaled 81.57 billion yuan, up 50.5 percent year-on-year and accounting for a third of the provincial total. The photovoltaic industry has become a new force behind the high-quality development of the city's economy.
The total number of companies in the city listed either at home or abroad now sits at 82. The total market value of 61 A-share listed companies in the city has exceeded 780 billion yuan.
