The Malaysian International Furniture Fair, Southeast Asia's largest business-to-business furniture trade show, is currently underway in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Twenty-two Tongxiang-based companies participated in the large-scale exhibition, which has attracted 600 Asian producers.

Aochen Home Textile Fabric Co Ltd, one of the exhibitors from Tongxiang, signed two intended orders worth nearly $200,000 within three days of the exhibition.

Tongxiang companies obtained a total of nearly $20 million in intended orders during the exhibition.

Companies in Tongxiang have been exploring overseas markets since COVID-19 management measures were optimized.

Another 19 companies left Tongxiang for Vietnam on March 5 to participate in the Vietnam International Furniture Exhibition, striving to obtain more orders and expand into new markets during the four-day event.

After the exhibition, they will also visit Vietnamese customers, and then prepare for the China (Guangzhou) International Furniture Fair.
