Jiaxing's solar cell exports reached 3.01 billion yuan ($425.78 million) from January to April, an increase of 60 percent. Among them, exports to Central Asia have grown particularly rapidly.

"Central Asia is a new market for the company. This year, we have exported more than 15 million yuan of goods to Central Asia's five countries, a year-on-year increase of 67 percent," said Li Rui, deputy general manager of logistics operation at Jinko Solar.

In the second quarter, orders from the company to be sent to Central Asia are worth nearly 3 million yuan.
