Jiaxing water chestnut soup shines in Macao

"Nanhu Linggeng" (water chestnut soup) from Xiuzhou, Jiaxing attracted many domestic and foreign merchants at the Zhejiang-Macao Famous Products Exhibition recently held in Macao.

"Nanhu Linggeng" was jointly launched by the Jiaxing local brand Likar Organic Food Co Ltd and the Nanhu water chestnut planting base in Xiuzhou district.

Nanhu water chestnut is round in shape and considered superior to other varieties because of its thin skin, tender and juicy meat, and sweet and crisp taste.

Likar has been focusing on the organic food industry for many years and places great importance on the industrialization of local agricultural products.

In June, the company combined the Nanhu water chestnut with organic grains to make "Nanhu Linggeng". High-temperature sterilization is used to lock in freshness and preserve the Nanhu water chestnut.

"Nanhu Linggeng" is not only delicious but also filling. It is a very practical and convenient food. Its appearance at the large exhibition in Macao will give more people a chance to experience the unique taste of the Nanhu water chestnut.
