A breathtaking sight emerged on the tidal flats of the Qiantang River in Huangwan town, Haining, a county-level city of Jiaxing in Zhejiang province, on July 15.
The receding tide revealed a mesmerizing phenomenon known as "tide trees", a truly spectacular and awe-inspiring spectacle.
The "tidal trees" stand tall, reaching several hundred meters in height and boasting lush branches.
"Tidal trees" are a kind of sedimentary shape formed during the rise and fall of sea water under a natural tidal influence.
