Zhejiang promotes the development of private economy
Authorities in East China's Zhejiang province released 32 measures on Aug 28 to promote the high-quality development of the private economy.
These measures address policy actions aimed at resolving difficulties faced by the development of the private economy.
According to the measures, the allocation of newly added and existing land resources will prioritize support for private sector projects, with no less than 70 percent of resources being dedicated to this purpose.
Each year, more than 70 percent of the additional energy consumption support will be directed towards private sector investment projects.
Furthermore, the measures emphasize the enhancement of mechanisms to prevent and clear outstanding payments and wage arrears, with the aim of achieving zero outstanding government payments and no wage arrears in Zhejiang.
