The 10th Wuzhen Theater Festival kicked off on Oct 19 in the canal town of Wuzhen in Zhejiang province with a series of events that include stage performances, competitions, forums, workshops and markets. [Photo provided to China Daily]

With an outdoor carnival, exhibitions and markets, the Wuzhen Theater Festival continues to offer visitors an immersive experience, a wide array of performances, art installations and activities around the canal town. 

This year, Universal Studios Beijing will also collaborate with the festival on performances including Kung Fu Panda Meet, Greet, Jump, Dance, Surprise! and The Incredible Journey of Creation, a documentary film.
