The 6th China International Import Expo (CIIE) will kick off at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai) from Nov 5 to 1.

According to the Jiaxing commerce bureau, Jiaxing will hold a series of special investment promotion activities to attract more investors. 

During the CIIE, Jiaxing will organize one multinational company executive docking meeting, inviting more than 20 multinational company executives to conduct roundtable dialogues.

Meanwhile, the city will focus on leading industries such as new energy, network communication and new energy vehicles in the advanced manufacturing industrial cluster and hold nine promotion activities to connect with high-quality resources from the CIIE.

A 100-person investment promotion team from the city will promote investment at the venue, striving to turn exhibitors to investors.

In addition, Jiaxing will see contracts for two foreign-funded projects with more than $100 million in investment signed on the spot at the 6th Hongqiao International Economic Forum, ranking second in the province in quantitative terms.
