Jiang Yingming, a student from Zhejiang Jiaxing No 1 Middle School, received an email from Germany on Nov 7 telling him that he won the gold medal at the 75th International Trade Fair for Ideas, Inventions, and New Products in Nuremberg, Germany for his wilderness survival wireless intelligent device system.

His teacher, Pan Luxi, also won the golden instructor award of the international invention program. This is Pan's seventh time helping students win gold medals at international invention exhibitions.

Jiang registered for the exhibition in November and was selected for the Nuremberg International Invention Exhibition. He prepared electronic posters, presentation documents, and online English explanations for his work – a device that provides integrated wilderness survival services for users, using multiple modern technologies.

Jiang said that this experience further stimulated his enthusiasm for innovation. He hopes his work can improve safety in the wilderness.

The Nuremberg International Invention Exhibition is one of the oldest invention exhibitions in the world and has been held 75 times.

The exhibition has played an important role in promoting inventions and innovations, inspiring creations, and facilitating the exchange and practical application of achievements.

The Chinese Youth Innovation Delegation has participated in the exhibition a total of 16 times.
