Healthy Jiaxing, a mini-program providing medical services on WeChat, launched its third version on Feb 26, with new features such as an artificial intelligence robot online medical companion and personal health portrait.
This is the second upgrade of Healthy Jiaxing. The most significant change lies in its connection to Zheli Jiankang, an online medical service platform, which now makes the functions more comprehensive.
A standout feature is the AI robot online medical companion, represented by An Zhen'er, the nation's pioneer digital health companion. An Zhen'er utilizes AI and big data to offer medical guidance, reminders, and record organization, ensuring personalized support for patients.
In addition, users can now not only book appointments at local hospitals but also across Zhejiang province, even in grassroots health facilities. The platform accommodates appointments for up to seven family members.
Furthermore, it allows users to access outpatient reports from the past six months, eliminating the need for physical visits to hospitals. Additionally, users can view mutual recognition records of tests and examinations over the same period, potentially saving costs through cross-hospital recognition. Information on nearby fever clinics and current queue status is also available.
Moreover, Zheli Jiankang provides access to home nursing services like newborn care and wound dressing with just a phone tap. The platform also includes emergency rescue, facilitating emergency calls and providing real-time updates on ambulance locations.
