Nearing completion after 17 months of construction, the Tederic integrated intelligent manufacturing base in Gaoqiao sub-district, Tongxiang, a county-level city of Jiaxing, Zhejiang province, is poised for full operation by the end of May. This modern facility will produce integrated molding equipment for new energy vehicles, marking a significant advancement in the region's industrial capabilities.

Covering over 65,000 square meters, the factory's assembly workshop is a marvel of modern engineering, equipped with flexible manufacturing lines and high-precision equipment.

It also embodies the principles of intelligent and green manufacturing. The entire factory roof utilizes 11.89 megawatts of photovoltaic power generation, with 80 percent of its energy consumption sourced from green solar energy -- solidifying its status as a genuine "zero-carbon" future factory.

Tederic Machinery, a leader in the injection molding equipment industry, has invested 2.5 billion yuan ($347.26 million) in the construction of the integrated intelligent manufacturing base, which is expected to significantly contribute to Tongxiang's high-quality manufacturing growth.

Ren Dehu, factory director of Zhejiang Tederic Equipment Co Ltd, stated that, in line with market demand, Tederic will achieve a monthly output of 500 sets of injection molding equipment and an expected annual output value of 1.25 billion yuan in the first phase. Once fully operational, the project is projected to achieve an output value of 2.5 billion yuan.
