From July 17 to 20, the 2024 China Jiaxing Quality Life, Toys, and Outdoor Products Trade Fair will take place in Thailand. A total of 47 companies from Jiaxing are preparing to participate, aiming to secure international orders and enhance the "Made in Jiaxing" brand.

Jiaxing Leyou Pet Products Co Ltd, founded in 2016, specializes in pet food and supplies. Li Jingyi, business manager of the company, is confident about the fair, stating, "We've been preparing for over a month and will showcase products like cat mats and toys."

Jiaxing Tianhao Industrial Co Ltd, with over 20 years of experience, produces PP zipper trolley cases. Nan Yan, business manager of the company, hopes to expand further in Southeast Asia, with Thailand already accounting for 40 percent of the company's market share.

The fair, held alongside the 2024 Thailand Bangkok Gifts and Home Products Show, will occupy an area of 2,000 square meters and feature 47 Jiaxing companies and 60 booths.

Shen Ruihan, deputy secretary-general of the Jiaxing Import and Export Chamber of Commerce, emphasized the fair's role in facilitating industry connections and business opportunities. The event will include visits to the Chinese Embassy in Thailand and the Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce in Thailand to explore new opportunities.

Since the beginning of the year, Jiaxing has organized over 150 overseas exhibition groups involving more than 3,000 companies and securing nearly $9 billion in intended orders. From January to May, Jiaxing's foreign trade exports reached 142.59 billion yuan ($19.62 billion), a 5.7-percent year-on-year increase.
