The 2024 World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit is set to commence in Wuzhen, Jiaxing, Zhejiang province, on Nov 19. As the event enters its 11th year, Jiaxing is experiencing a burgeoning digital landscape.
At the Tianxu Aviation Flight Camp, a wide range of drones are on display, from large ones designed for emergency rescue and logistics, with a load capacity of 120 kilograms, to palm-sized ones perfect for beginners.
The camp, which opened in July 2023, has become a hub for aviation and drone training and competitions. Chen Yutong, general manager of Jiaxing Tianxu Aviation Technology Co, highlighted the transformative impact their self-developed drones have had in rural governance, specifically grain protection, straw burning detection, and precision fertilization.
Equipped with 14 AI recognition functions for autonomous operations, a single drone can patrol an area of about seven square meters within 30 minutes, said Chen.
The CenoBots Company in Jiaxing is a pioneer in the development of commercial service robots, especially cleaning robots. Its self-developed SP50 cleaning robot is the world's first cleaning robot with intelligent garbage recognition, boosting efficiency tenfold compared to traditional products.
Its products have garnered acclaim globally and will provide services during the World Internet Conference for the first time.
At Teemo Company, a lithium-powered unmanned sightseeing vehicle will debut at the Light of the Internet Expo and offer shuttle services during the conference, according to Chairman Feng Shu. The unmanned vehicle features excellent adaptability and can be widely used in many different areas, including large theme parks, ecological scenic spots, and science parks.
Teemo leads in the development of functional unmanned vehicles and intelligent skateboard chassis, serving over 300 clients worldwide with applications spanning urban delivery, security patrol, tourism, and more.
