Easier time for Jiaxing foreigners with new '12367' services

Starting Nov 26, the "12367" immigration management telephone service in Jiaxing expanded its language offerings to include Russian, Japanese, and Korean, in addition to the existing Chinese and English.
The addition provides a more streamlined and efficient service for foreign nationals. The new feature facilitates immediate, comprehensive assistance by establishing three-way voice calls among users, translators, and operators.
Mike, a foreign national in Jiaxing, praised the upgrade, saying, "It's much more convenient and friendly for us now!" The improved service aims to support foreign nationals more effectively and contribute to a world-class business environment.
To promote the upgraded platform, Jiaxing Immigration Inspection Station has been actively conducting outreach activities. At the service hall, bilingual posters and promotional videos explain the platform's background, functions, and achievements. Officials provide on-the-spot answers to common questions about service processes and mechanisms.
At the ports, promotional points with brochures and materials have been set up to inform international businesses and agents about the new services. This includes guidance on declarations and entry-exit procedures.
Additionally, immigration officers have engaged with foreign crewmembers to introduce this 24/7 nationwide service hotline, while emphasizing features such as policy consultation and crew change procedures.
