Jiaxing delegation participating in Zhejiang province's two sessions registered in Hangzhou on Jan 12, carrying their motions and proposals to boost high-quality development during the 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-25) period.

This year's Zhejiang provincial two sessions refer to the Third Session of the 14th Zhejiang Provincial People's Conference, the legislative body, and the Third Session of the 13th Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the political advisory body.

The Jiaxing delegation comprises 47 representatives and 29 observers from diverse backgrounds, including government officials, business leaders, scientific researchers, educators, laborers, and farmers.

Among those who submitted motions was Sun Lu, the chief scientist of ZSFab (Jiaxing). Her previous suggestions, such as expediting the approval process for new medical devices, have all successfully come to fruition. 

This year, she continued her efforts by addressing challenges in sci-tech finance, advocating for the cultivation of patient capital to enhance the business environment.

Political advisors honed in on their respective expertise, offering proposals to advance rural revitalization, improve the employment landscape for women, and preserve traditional cultural heritage.

As 2025 marks the end of the 14th Five-Year Plan, deputies and members expressed determination to provide insightful and practical suggestions to support Zhejiang's high-quality development and contribute to China's modernization blueprint.
