As Spring Festival approaches, Luo Yao, an inheritor of the intangible cultural heritage of paper-cutting in Xiuzhou district, Jiaxing, East China's Zhejiang province, imparts well-wishes and blessings for the forthcoming Chinese New Year through her masterful creations.

Luo strives to be a guiding light on the path of traditional artistry.

As an educator at Meixi Primary School in Wangdian town, in Xiuzhou district, she imparts the craft of paper-cutting to her students – fostering a growing appreciation of this traditional art form in the kids.

Luo also actively participates in various activities, all aimed at promoting paper-cutting culture to a broader audience.
