The international training program for new energy vehicle technology co-hosted by Jiaxing Transportation University in Pinghu, Jiaxing, East China's Zhejiang province, and Dai Nam University in Vietnam, commenced on May 26 in Pinghu.

A total of 15 Vietnamese students will undergo a 15-day immersive training program.

This China-Vietnam collaboration is not only a cross-border transfer of advanced technology but also a vivid example of shared resources, technological exchange, and cultural integration.

The program is based at Jiaxing Transportation University's New Energy Vehicle Training Center and adopts an innovative approach combining theoretical instruction, hands-on group practice, and on-site visits, enabling the Vietnamese students to gain a deep understanding of China's thriving new energy vehicle industry.

In addition, Pinghu Vocational Secondary School in Jiaxing has established the Silk Road Institute for China, Myanmar, and Vietnam in March 2024. The institute delivers combination of language and technology training to improve the professional skills of workers from Myanmar and Vietnam, offering courses on Chinese technical terminology, computer literacy, and digital skills.

So far, Jiaxing is building educational bridges through partnerships. These efforts are forging a modern Silk Road where education drives cooperation and skills fuel development.
