The 12th Wuzhen Theatre Festival is set to open on Oct 16 in Jiaxing, East China's Zhejiang province. 

Jiaxing has launched a dedicated festival guide feature on Amap, also known as Gaode Map, designed to streamline and enhance user experience during the holiday season.

By scanning the QR code, visitors can save the festival route in Amap, where all venues are marked according to different program sections of the festival. The map also includes shuttle bus routes, self-driving parking areas and taxi pick-up and drop-off points — covering all the travel needs. Each location entry provides details such as performance schedules and nearby food recommendations. Shuttle stops even include hotline numbers and route information for easy navigation.

There are no food vendors near the Wuzhen Grand Theatre. Audience members are encouraged to explore the Xizha Scenic Area after performances — it is just a five to six-minute walk to Xizha Street, the main area for the Ancient Town Carnival, where a wide variety of local delicacies await.

This year's Theatre Market will take place along Wangjindi Road inside the Xizha Scenic Area, offering visitors a unique blend of cultural and culinary experiences for an unforgettable festival.
