Jingning She autonomous county – administered by Lishui city in East China's Zhejiang province – has been sticking faithfully to a strategy of boosting its business environment and economy by bringing in talented people in recent years, according to local officials.

They said the county has formed a talent service system that integrates diversified platforms and family-style services – and has in addition, issued a number of practical policies and preferential measures to recruit people.

This year, in order to further optimize the talent services, the county developed an online service platform. Officials said the platform, the first of its kind in Lishui, came into use recently.

Users can get access to all kinds of information including recruitment and employment policies and initiatives through the online platform.

According to officials, Jingning will further upgrade and optimize its talent service by establishing five talent stations and nine talent services centers.
