A series of incentives have been rolled out by Lishui city – located in East China's Zhejiang province -- to encourage migrant workers to stay put during the upcoming Spring Festival holiday, in a bid to avoid the travel rush and prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus.

The incentives include overtime pay and subsidies for those remaining at work, free tickets to local scenic spots, as well as shopping coupons, among other things.
