Zhejiang Qinglian Food Co Ltd in Jiangxing, East China's Zhejiang province has been providing 100 metric tons of fresh pork to Shanghai every day to help with the city's fight against its latest COVID-19 outbreak, local media reported on April 13.

Every day, about 15,000 bags of pork are delivered to Shanghai from Haiyan county. Each bag contains 3.5 kilograms of pork that can feed a family for about 10 to 15 days.

Zhejiang Qinglian Food Co Ltd also provides an average of nearly 70,000 boxes of fresh pork every day through various online shopping platforms such as Hema Fresh, Dingdong Maicai and Meituan Maicai.

In addition, Meal Boss, a meat brand under Zhejiang Qinglian Food Co Ltd, has been offering group purchasing services for the communities in Shanghai.

In addition to supplying pork, Zhejiang Qinglian Food Co Ltd mobilized its subsidiary companies to provide the Shanghai market with rice dumplings and sausages.
