A delegation of representatives from 36 Tongxiang-based enterprises flew to Dubai on Dec 17 to attend the 2022 China (Dubai) International Trade Fair.

The exhibition will run from Dec 19 to 21. During the international exhibition, textiles, hardware, building materials, auto parts, medicine and other products from Tongxiang will be displayed.

To allow foreign trade enterprises are able to easily explore overseas markets, the Tongxiang government will provide certain subsidies to enterprises for air tickets, booth fees and premiums.

The Jiaxing delegation's intention orders secured from the Asia Fashion Fair 2022 in Tokyo are expected to increase the city's textile and clothing export growth by more than 5 percentage points in the first quarter of next year.

At Hi Europe 2022, a natural food and ingredients fair held in France, Zhejiang Shangfang Biotechnology Co Ltd from Pinghu won an intentional order of 30 million yuan ($4.29 million).

In addition, to further expand into overseas markets, Jiaxing enterprises have signed up for the Hong Kong Toy & Game Fair and Frankfurt International Trade Fair for Home and Contract Textiles to be held in January next year, various professional exhibitions to be held in Bangladesh, Romania, South Korea, Germany and Vietnam in March next year, and exhibitions in Japan, Germany, France and Southeast Asia in April next year.
