Lishui Huaqiao New Century Grand Hotel is the first five-star hotel in Lishui. The hotel, built with investment from more than 10 overseas Chinese, is a business hotel which combines catering, guest rooms and recreation.

It is operated by Zhejiang New Century Hotel Management, China's largest private high-star hotel chain group, and aims to be a model for later five-star hotels in Lishui.

The construction area of the hotel is 63,000 square meters and the main buildings reach as high as 24 floors.
