Yunhe Terrace, a famous tourist attraction in Lishui's Yunhe county, Zhejiang province, has been sharing its excellent views with global netizens using livestream on Douyin, also known as TikTok.

Since late March, Yunhe Terrace has been broadcasting live at least four times a week for more than two hours each time.

"With the help of Douyin, not only the beautiful scenery of Yunhe Terrace, but also the stories behind it, intangible cultural heritages, culture and other contents are displayed, which creates a multidimensional sightseeing experience," said Liu Jingjing, a tour guide at the attraction.

In addition, Yunhe Terrace also sells its self-produced rice on the platform. "Last year we harvested 50,000 kilograms of rice on our terraces, and sold a third of it through platforms such as Douyin after the Spring Festival," said Wu Wei, the attraction's sales manager.

Now there are 10,000 people watching the live broadcast every day. The interaction of online and offline created a new marketing breakthrough for the tourist attraction, according to Wu.
