The Qingtian Overseas Chinese Downstream Processing Factory and Warehouse of Farm Products in Lishui, Zhejiang province has been bustling with activity as companies within the park are experiencing a surge in overseas orders.

The Qingtian Zhong Zhi Products Trading Company, a food company engaged in overseas sales, was among the first batch of enterprises to settle in the park. Since then, the company has entered into profitable agreements on overseas distribution with numerous large domestic food enterprises.

Xia Xiaoqing, the company's head, said, "Last year, our waxberries were exported to many foreign countries and regions including Spain, Italy, and Canada."

"Recently, we are buying turnips and winter bamboo shoots in Jingning and Longquan (in Lishui)," Zhang Huijun, a company staff member, said, "On average, 50 metric tons of agricultural products are shipped around the world every week."

Spanning an area of around 220,000 square meters, the park serves as a modern agricultural science and innovation hub, integrating research and development, processing, inspection, logistics, and tourism.

"To be simple, it is similar to a logistics transfer station," introduced Zheng Xiaomin, director of the Qingtian supply and marketing cooperatives. He added that the original purpose of the park was to build an export distribution center for high-quality ecological agricultural products.

At present, the park has attracted seven enterprises to settle, featuring programs on agricultural products with annual processing of 9,200 tons and ice cream series products with an annual output of 6,250 tons.
