The World Terraces Museum in the Yunhe Terrace scenic area in Lishui, Zhejiang province was the only museum in Lishui to be listed among the "Top 60 Most Beautiful Rural Public Cultural Spaces of 2023", which was announced by the National Center for Public Culture Development of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. 

The museum, covering an area of approximately 1,200 square meters, is divided into three main sections, namely "A Thousand Terraced Fields", "The Natural Beauty of Yunhe", and "Beyond Terraced Fields".

Visitors can explore the history and various types of terraced fields in the first section, while the second section primarily focuses on the development and cultural history of Yunhe terraces, showcasing their past and present, and the third section describes the current challenges faced in the development of terraced fields.

The museum not only serves as a place for sightseeing and learning within the Yunhe Terrace scenic area but also enhances the overall cultural significance of the area.

By integrating historical stories with technology, cultural creativity, and tourism, it has become an important window for visitors to learn about the terraced fields in China and all over the world.
