Zhejiang Sci-tech University signed an agreement with Yuhang district on setting up a fashion college. In the future, there will be over 6,000 designers who will study and work in the town every year.

"It's anticipated that by 2020, Yuhang will successfully create an industrial cluster with a value of hundreds of billions," said Bao Yonghua, deputy director of the local economy and information bureau.
