Zhejiang companies shine at World Intelligence Congress
The 2nd World Intelligence Congress (WIC), an event displaying and discussing the latest achievements and developments in intelligent industries, took place in Tianjin, North China, from May 16-18.
East China's Zhejiang, one of the most prosperous provinces in China, demonstrated to the world its technological strength at the congress, especially in the sector of intelligent manufacturing.
Hikvision Digital Technology Co Ltd, a surveillance and monitoring devices supplier based in Hangzhou, capital of Zhejiang, unveiled their facial recognition service at WIC. The system developed by the company was able to fetch visitors' facial features with its cameras and compare them with the information in the data base in a very short time.
