Mid-Autumn Festival celebrated in Brazil with a concert

The Zhejiang Symphony Orchestra from East China's Zhejiang province presented a special concert in collaboration of Brazilian singers in Iguazu, Brazil on Sept 23 to celebrate the Chinese traditional Mid-Autumn Festival with local residents.
Zhou Lifang, director of the orchestra, stated that the group of over 70 artists combined Chinese folk music with Western modern music, and conveyed Chinese people's delightfulness of family reunion during the festival by virtue of the entertaining music.
The concert marked the beginning of a series of cultural exchanges between China and Brazil. As per Zhou, from Sept 20 to Oct 4, the orchestra is going to tour the South American country.
