Mobile application improves administrative services in Zhejiang
Zhejiang province has launched a mobile application called Zheliban to improve administrative services for the public.
Since its launch last October, the application has been downloaded more than 19 million times, visited more than 40 million times, and handled nearly 540,000 affairs. It has 140,000 daily active users.
The application currently provides 320 services in various areas, from inquiries about housing provident funds to the establishment of a company.
Real-name authentication is applied to ensure the security of information, Alipay is used for payment, and an express service is in place to ensure the timely delivery of documents to residents.
The provincial government said they will improve the application by including more services, enhancing data sharing and promoting it throughout the Yangtze River Delta region.
