The prints on the official uniforms for workers, volunteers and technical officials at the Beijing 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games were designed by Qianyong Textile Co Ltd in Keqiao district, Shaoxing, local media reported on Feb 4.

According to Xiao Xingshui, general manager of the company, Qianyong Textile had developed several types of nano-dyes that are environmentally friendly for use on the uniforms.

Xiao added that his company's designers had made many revisions to the patterns and colors to achieve the desired visual effects.

Qianyong Textile Co Ltd is included in the list of professional and specialized small- and medium-sized companies in Zhejiang.

"Our spending is mostly on research and development, and the number of researchers account around 30 percent of the total number of workers in the company," said Xiao.
