A batch of power equipment provided by the State Grid Yiwu Power Supply Company was recently transported overseas to Soyo, Angola and will start operating in June after installation and debugging.

It was the first overseas order where the State Grid Yiwu Power Supply Company provided self-developed power supply equipment for quick-freezing and refrigeration processing for Haida Fishery Company in Africa.

The deal, worth 2.21 million yuan ($332,006.3), included 28 GCS low-voltage cabinets and more than 70 meters of closed busbars.

In order to ensure the power equipment is installed and operated correctly, workers from the State Grid Yiwu Power Supply Company are providing online assistance as needed.

The company has also signed a deal worth 4.2 million yuan for 33 GCS low-voltage cabinets and more than 300 meters of enclosed busbars with Haida Fishery Company to upgrade existing power supply equipment in Africa.
