A delegation led by Li Zhongwei, Party chief of Yunhe county, Lishui, Zhejiang province, visited Pakrac in Croatia on July 4, solidifying the expansion of overseas markets for Yunhe's wooden toy industry.

During the visit, the delegation signed a letter of intent with the Pakrac municipal government, aiming to establish a friendly city relationship.

Anamarija Blazevic, mayor of Pakrac, warmly welcomed the delegation from Yunhe. Pakrac previously invited Yunhe to form a sister city relationship in 2020 and 2023. The unwavering support and close exchanges between the two regions during the pandemic have deepened their mutual understanding and friendship.

Li underscored the wooden toy industry as one of Yunhe's pivotal sectors. Notably, 70 percent of the beech wood used in Yunhe's wooden toys is sourced from Croatia, where Pakrac is known for its rich heritage in woodworking.
