A glimpse of Quzhou's specialties

Eight specialties from Quzhou, Zhejiang province have been officially recognized as provincial specialty items, as recently announced by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.

The recognized items are scones, Yulu tea, wild rice stems, Longyou yellow tea, black-bone chicken, rhizoma polygonati, Changshan noodles, and Kaihua honey.
