Anji County Transportation Investment Development Group launched a low-altitude tour route this spring. Visitors can look out upon the bamboo forests and lush mountains of Anji in Huzhou from a helicopter.
Local traveler Zhang Pei expressed her delight, saying, "We've been taking photos the whole time; it's so beautiful." Despite the short 5-minute helicopter ride, she was thoroughly impressed.
After the helicopter ride, visitors can relax at the nearby Pubu (Waterfall) Cafe, enjoying coffee while admiring the waterfall. Manager Ruan Jie said, "We advertised the activity online, and within a day, registrations were full."
Facing increasing competition from similar trendy coffee spots, Ruan has been seeking ways to stand out. The launch of the low-altitude tour route offers a new direction for differentiated growth in village coffee businesses.
Anji has been exploring new applications for low-altitude tourism since last year, with activities like paragliding and low-altitude sightseeing injecting fresh vitality into the region's tourism sector.
Wang Qi, general manager at Real Estate Development Co of Anji County Transportation Investment Development Group, revealed plans for collaborations with attractions like the Bamboo Expo Park to utilize the low-altitude economy to advance Anji's cultural and tourism industry.
