Quzhou's Confucian culture goes global with SF Express
In a groundbreaking collaboration, the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture, Radio, Television, and Tourism has teamed up with Chinese delivery services giant SF Express to launch a culturally themed packaging initiative.
As a result, SF Express envelopes dispatched from East China's Zhejiang province to global destinations — featuring special co-branded designs — are now available worldwide.
Some of the designs highlight the Southern Confucianism of Quzhou in Zhejiang, transforming each parcel into a cultural ambassador reaching over 190 countries and regions across seven continents.
SF Express handles 1 billion deliveries annually from Zhejiang. The company's envelopes with the packaging featuring Quzhou's Southern Confucianism are expected to be used in 100 million of these shipments.

Quzhou is known as the "Home of Southern Confucianism". The city's Southern Confucianism traces back to 1128 during the Southern Song Dynasty (1127–1279) when Confucius' 48th-generation descendant, Kong Duanyou, and clan leader Kong Chuan relocated there. The move marked the beginning of a nearly 900-year legacy of Confucian cultural development in the region.
Quzhou has long valued this cultural heritage, staying committed to its study, preservation, and promotion — thereby enhancing its cultural identity.
