Zhejiang Travel, China's first provincial-level smart tourism platform for inbound travelers, is now online.

Powered by artificial intelligence, the platform offers personalized trip planning, real-time translation in five languages, seamless payments, and even intelligent luggage delivery.

By simply entering travel dates, destination cities, companions, and preferences, users can generate a tailored itinerary with one click.

Travelers can register once by uploading passport information to streamline check-ins, park entry, public transit, and payment — all using the platform.

The platform recommends nearby attractions, food, shopping, and performances based on real-time location. It also offers instant navigation to nearby services such as toilets, hospitals, and currency exchange points.

Visitors can browse curated experiences across categories like top attractions, themed routes, food, folk culture, and rural tourism — and book tickets directly through the app.

Zhejiang Travel supports real-time translation in Chinese-English, Chinese-Japanese, Chinese-Korean, and two other language pairs, ensuring accurate and natural communication.

Users can also pre-book or visit service points to get a local SIM card and communication services.
