The Zhejiang Province Administration of Cultural Heritage recently unveiled its 2025 list of rural museums, with four from Jinhua making the cut.

Among them is the Cailu Modern Agricultural Technology Experience Hall, located in Cailu village in Dongyang county-level city.

Blending agricultural history, technology, and culture, it presents the transformation of agriculture from traditional to modern through different areas that spotlight smart agriculture and agricultural science.

Spanning three floors, the museum features interactive zones, physical models, and video displays to show the natural laws of agricultural production and technological development.

Visitors can learn about the "Cailu Experience" — a locally developed model emphasizing mechanization and digital transformation to boost farm productivity — through a dynamic sand table performance.

The museum also invites visitors to witness smart irrigation systems and digitized field management, while experiencing the integration of farming culture and technology.

Opening hours: 9:30 am–11:30 am, 1:30 pm–5 pm, from Tuesday to Sunday.
