Huzhou companies secure $205m intent orders at Canton Fair
Nearly 340 companies from Huzhou, Zhejiang province, secured intent orders totaling $205 million by displaying their products across 657 booths at the 138th China Import and Export Fair, also known as Canton Fair, which concluded on Nov 4 in Guangzhou.
Huzhou's delegation focused on green home products, children's clothing, chair manufacturing, and smart equipment, and set up themed exhibition areas that highlighted the city's industrial advantages and innovation capabilities.
Zhejiang Qide New Material, a company specializing in eco-friendly building materials, introduced a new multifunctional wood-plastic door that drew the attention of many buyers.

"Our innovative product combines eco-friendliness with waterproof, fire-retardant, and termite-resistant properties, offering an alternative to traditional wood and metal doors," said a company representative.
The company's commitment to green technology and automated production has earned it international certifications, with its products being exported to over 40 countries and regions.
Huzhou Yufan Cosmetics Technology, which has its own brands such as Barrio and Vendredi, showcased its new "Vendredi Freedom Spectrum" perfume series at the fair, reporting significant interest from international buyers.
"On the first day, we received inquiries from nearly 100 buyers from countries such as the UK and France," said a company representative.
