Juli Automation in Jiaxing, East China's Zhejiang province, is accelerating its push into global markets as demand for new energy vehicle powertrains continues to rise.

As of Nov 23, the company's latest forming speed remained steady at 0.8 seconds per piece, marking a new step in its pursuit of higher efficiency.

The company's core strength lies in its ability to build customized motor production lines. As electric vehicle manufacturers require motors with varying performance levels, Juli positions its automated equipment as "sewing machines" that efficiently wind the coils that make up these motors. For more than 20 years, the company has operated with a development model that links laboratory testing with production-line iteration, ensuring continuous progress.

Juli's early breakthrough came in 2004, when its laboratory created its first independently designed device for a global supplier. With the rise of the new energy vehicle sector in 2015, flat-wire stator technology became a strategic focus. Domestic firms faced high prices and long delivery cycles from European suppliers, prompting Juli to launch its own research program. In 2016, the company delivered China's first flat-wire stator automation production line with independent intellectual property, ending foreign dominance in the field.

Juli now holds the largest market share in China's new energy drive motor stator production lines and ranks among the top global suppliers, with overseas business extending from across Central Europe — including Poland, the Czech Republic, and Hungary — to Germany and France.
