Shaoxing manufacturing project lands in Turkey

The full-automatic single crystal furnaces installed and debugged by the Turkey branch of Shaoxing-based Zhejiang Jingsheng Mechanical & Electrical Co (JSG) recently passed its tests, 15 days ahead of schedule.
The production and performance of these single crystal furnaces have surpassed the acceptance indicator by 10 percent for 15 consecutive days.
"The success marks the smooth implementation of our project in Turkey," said a representative of the company.
JSG is a high-tech firm located in Shangyu Economic and Technological Development Zone in Shangyu district, Shaoxing. The full-automatic single crystal furnace indigenously developed by the company has broken the monopoly held by other multinationals.
Early in 2020, the China Electronics Technology Group Corporation signed a 500MW photovoltaic industry chain project with Kalyon in Turkey.

Seizing this opportunity, JSG successfully exported its first group of single crystal furnaces to Turkey.
To ensure the timely operation of the furnaces, JSG dispatched a 18-member delegation to Turkey last year.
Within just two months, the company produced its first 3-meter single crystal, which was praised by Kalyon.
Construction of the Shangyu-based first-phase industrial park project, which spans an area of 7.27 hectares, is also progressing smoothly.
The project, which received 1.1 billion yuan ($168.63 million) in investment, is expected to produce 1,300 units of crystal processing equipment annually.
According to an executive of the company, the project is estimated to generate 3.1 billion yuan in revenue once it reaches its targeted output.
