The Shaoxing Library was reopened to the public on April 12 after the recent COVID-19 outbreak in the city was brought under control.

Shaoxing residents can now make reservations to visit the library through its official WeChat account. Those who have recently returned to Shaoxing from other cities will need to test negative for COVID-19 within 48 hours before their visit to the library.

The library is currently operating based on a visitor cap of 400.
