Flags produced by Huadu Desheng Printing Co in Zhuji, a county-level city in Shaoxing, are being sent to Qatar during the 2022 FIFA World Cup, local media reported on Dec 1.

"September and October both saw higher production volumes. We are expecting more urgent orders after the World Cup enters the top 16 stage," said Yu Guocang, general manager of the company.

Huadu Desheng Printing is currently one of two domestic companies that customize and produce World Cup flags.

So far, the company has produced a total of more than 4 million meters of World Cup flags, of which the largest customer order has been more than 1 million meters.

Huadu Desheng Printing was established in 2015 and moved to the Huadu Printing and Dyeing Industrial Park in 2021. It currently has 11 printing production lines with an annual production capacity of 85 million meters.

"After equipment renewal and digital transformation, our current production capacity has doubled from last year, and energy consumption control and quality control are well reflected in the data." Yu Guocang said.
