The 2023 São Paulo International Textile and Apparel Procurement Exhibition was recently held in São Paulo, Brazil, with over 300 textile enterprises participating.

The commerce bureau of Shaoxing' Keqiao district arranged for more than 50 local enterprises to showcase a unified image as the "Silk Road Keqiao" exhibition group.

Shaoxing Ouguan Textile Co is a manufacturing and trading enterprise that specializes in the research and development, production, and sale of fabric. Its main products include knitted single and double-sided jacquard fabrics and milk silk dyed and printed textiles.

"This is our first time in Brazil, and in addition to jacquard and rib fabrics, we also brought high-end men's clothing fabrics such as our acrylic series," said Jin Lingling, the company's general manager.

She said that exports account for 70 percent of their revenue, with markets spanning across Europe, the Americas, and other regions. She noted that in recent years, South American customer demand has been steadily increasing and recognized high-quality products are more likely to be favored by counterparts.

Officials from the Keqiao bureau of commerce stated that the exhibition not only offers a comprehensive understanding of the South American market but is also an excellent platform for promoting sustained connections and deep cooperation between economic and trade groups in South America and Keqiao enterprises.
