The 2023 China Climbing League (Zhejiang Shaoxing Keqiao station) and 7th Keqiao "Sports and Leisure Fashion Week" kicked off at the Yangshan Sport Climbing Centre in Keqiao district, Shaoxing, Zhejiang province, on Nov 11.

The Yangshan Sport Climbing Centre was a venue for the 19th Hangzhou Asian Games. This is the first time the center has hosted the national climbing competition after the Asian Games.

During the three-day league, nearly 100 athletes on 17 teams in China will compete in the Men's and Women's Boulder and Lead and Speed competitions.

During the Asian Games, Keqiao, as a co-host, undertook the most events and training tasks among all regions except for Hangzhou.

After the Games, Keqiao is focusing on the comprehensive utilization of venues and has introduced the Chinese Basketball Association and China Climbing League into the China Textile City Sports Centre and Yangshan Sport Climbing Centre.

The 7th "Sports and Leisure Fashion Week" in Keqiao district has also started. During this period, 20 competitions and activities will be held.

In addition to national games like the China Climbing League and China Rowing Masters Competition, there will also be provincial dragon boat games and other sports, including skiing, horseracing, golf and fencing.
