Shaoxing police optimizes services for foreign affairs
In response to the presence of 198 foreign-related enterprises and over 60 foreign high-level talents in Shaoxing's Yuecheng district, the local public security bureau has undertaken measures to enhance services for the international community.
The Exit-Entry Administration Office of Yuecheng Public Security Bureau has established a dedicated service window and a 24-hour hotline specifically for foreign talents.
This initiative aims to ensure that foreign talents not only feel welcomed but also reside in Yuecheng securely. The personalized services include assistance with long-term residence permits for overseas high-end talents.
"Since the beginning of this year, we have expedited the processing time for 25 Class A foreign high-end talents, handling a total of 163 streamlined procedures," stated the head of the Exit-Entry Administration Office at Yuecheng Public Security Bureau.
Furthermore, the Exit-Entry Administration Office has facilitated the overseas activities of local enterprises by creating a "green channel" for streamlined certification processes. This initiative supports businesses in expanding their global footprint, securing orders, and exploring new markets.
Adopting a customer-centric approach with dedicated service windows, personalized follow-ups, and timely processing, the Exit-Entry Administration Office ensures that district-level certification matters are concluded on the same day.
Since the beginning of the year, they have provided expedited outbound services for over 800 employees from more than 160 local enterprises, contributing to the district's commitment to facilitating swift and convenient international mobility.
