Shaoxing to benchmark first-class standards
The Chinese government work report, released on March 5, emphasized the need to better leverage the role of the government in creating a first-class business.
Shi Huifang, deputy to the 14th National People's Congress and mayor of Shaoxing, weighed in, stating, "Benchmarking first-class standards, focusing on reform priorities, and creating a superior environment are essential."
Shi proposed that to further optimize and enhance the business environment, the government must adopt a problem-oriented approach, strengthen problem-solving thinking, address challenges, and lead the way in reform.
"By focusing on the full lifecycle development needs of enterprises, listening to their voices and responding to their calls, we can enhance the satisfaction and sense of gain for enterprises," Shi added.
