The inaugural assembly of the Shaoxing Collegiate Sports Association convened in Shaoxing on March 16, unveiling the association's logo and first council.

The association aims to facilitate exchanges in sports-related studies and elevate the physical well-being of college students.

The association will advocate for sports projects tailored to the characteristics of college students, fostering distinctive local sports brands.

Through the integration of a healthy and civilized sports culture into campuses, the association endeavors to cultivate a lasting passion for sports among college students.

"The establishment of the Shaoxing Collegiate Sports Association sets a positive example for the entire province," said Pan Xuedong, secretary-general of the Zhejiang Provincial School Sports Association.
