Just after Spring Festival, Zhongcai Intelligent Industrial Park in Shaoxing, Zhejiang province, is bustling with manufacturing activities.

In the warehouse area, forklift operators skillfully navigate between shelves, locating pipe fittings according to dispatch orders. The staging area is neatly stacked with goods ready to be shipped across the country. Meanwhile, several trucks are parked in the dispatch area, where drivers and warehouse staff work in unison to load products swiftly.

Warehouse Manager Guo Shuangfeng said that during peak dispatch times, trucks even queue to enter the facility. "Since New Year's Day, we've been dispatching an average of 300 trucks daily. With all production lines fully operational, the momentum of robust production and sales is strong."

Long Pan, assistant general manager of the manufacturing department, said, "We are accelerating our shift from traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing, driven by both informatization and automation to continually boost production efficiency."

Thanks to this "human-machine collaboration" model, each worker can now easily monitor three automated production lines, significantly enhancing efficiency and reducing product defect rates by 15 percent. Under this efficient operation, daily production consistently reaches 20 million yuan ($2.76 million), with orders already booked through the second quarter.

Leveraging the intelligent industrial park, Zhongcai Pipes has achieved smart order scheduling and automatic consolidation, reducing the average order processing time by 24 hours and the raw material procurement cycle by 36 hours.
